Relaxing, healing exercises can be found in fascia yoga and Pilates and FitdankBaby increases mommy’s energy and strength while the baby has fun doing a workout together.
Of course, we also have exciting programmes for kids and teens. We look forward to wow the whole family with our sporty activities.
